Ingredients:sugar, alkalized cocoa powder, anti-caking agent (calcium carbonate), thickener (xanthan gum), dark chocolate (chocolate drops) (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin)).

Cooking method:

Option 1:

Necessary ingredients: 20 ml of room temperature water;

  1. Combine the contents of the pouch with water.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Apply the glaze to the cooled pastry and let it harden.

Option 2:

Necessary ingredients: white of 1 egg

  1. Separate the white from the yolk and whisk until fluffy foam.
