Ingredients:wheat flour, sugar, skimmed milk powder, freeze-dried raspberries (pieces), baking powder (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate - baking soda), salt, “Raspberry” flavoring.

Cooking method:

Necessary ingredients: 

  • 60-70 g of softened butter;
  • 1 egg;
  • 100 ml of warm water or milk;
  1. Combine all the ingredients and stir until smooth.
  2. Put the finished dough in a greased cake pan, filling it 3/4 of the height.
  3. Bake in the preheated to 180-200°C oven until cooked (35-45 minutes)
