Ingredients:sugar, wheat flour, maltodextrin, skimmed milk powder, alkalized cocoa powder, dry egg melange, extra salt, flavoring, dark chocolate (chocolate drops) (cocoa liquor, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavoring), anti-caking agent – silicon dioxide.

Cooking method:

  1. Combine 60 ml of milk with the contents of pouch.
  2. Stir until the lumps will have disappeared.
  3. With continuous stirring, pour in another 300 ml of milk and bring to a boil with constant stirring. Using a saucepan and a wooden spatula is recommended and the most convenient.
  4. If desired, add 50 g of butter to the cream and stir thoroughly.
  5. Cool the finished cream quickly.
