Ingredients:wheat flour, sugar, dry egg melange, skimmed milk powder, salt, "Vanillin" flavoring.

Cooking method:

Necessary ingredients:

  • Raisins, candied fruits and dried fruits to taste
  • 60 g of softened butter or margarine
  • 6 g of dry yeast
  • 160 ml of warm water

Cooking in the oven:

  1. Add yeast and water to the contents of the package. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place for 2.5-3 hours.
  2. When the dough rises, knead it and add butter or margarine, raisins, candied fruits and dried fruits to taste. Knead the dough.
  3. Put the finished dough into a paper mold, filling it for 1/2 of height. Put the dough in a warm place and let it rise to 3/4 of the mold height (1-2 hours).
  4. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Cool the finished cake, decorate it with glaze and pastry sprinkles.

  1. Put the ingredients into the bread machine’s pan in the sequence described in the manual.
  2. Put the pan to the bread machine and choose a quick program "QUICK", a small weight of bread and a light color of the crust. Next, click "Start" and cook the cake for 2 hours and 50 minutes.
  3. If in 10 minutes after kneading the dough you notice the flour at the corners or on walls of the pan - add 10 ml of water. Repeat, if necessary.
  4. After the sound, take out the pan and take out the cake. Cool it on the grill, covering with a towel.
  5. Decorate your Easter cake after it cooled down. For example, you can spread the top crust with vanilla or citrus glaze, and put multicolored sprinkles or coconut flakes on the top.
